Pressure sensors are widely used in many monitoring and control applications. In addition to direct pressure measurements, pressure sensors can also be used to indirectly measure other quantities, such as liquid/gas flow, velocity, water surface height or altitude.
At the same time, there is also a class of pressure sensors designed to dynamically measure high speed changes in pressure. Examples of applications are combustion pressure monitoring of engine cylinders or gas pressure monitoring in turbine engines. Such sensors are typically made of piezoelectric materials, such as quartz.
Some pressure sensors, such as those used in traffic cameras, operate in binary mode, that is, when the pressure reaches a certain value, the sensor controls whether the circuit is switched on or off. This type of pressure sensor is also called a pressure switch.

The main applications are as follows:
1. Applied to hydraulic system
Pressure sensor in hydraulic system is mainly to complete the closed – loop control of force. The pressure sensor can be installed in the nozzle of the injection molding machine, the hot runner system, the cold runner system and the die cavity of the mold. It can measure the plastic pressure somewhere between the nozzle of the injection molding machine and the die cavity during the process of injection, filling, pressure preservation and cooling.

4, applied to monitoring mine pressure
There are many kinds of pressure sensors, and based on the special environment of mine pressure monitoring, mine pressure sensors mainly include: semiconductor piezoresistive pressure sensor, metal strain gauge pressure sensor, differential transformer pressure sensor and so on. These sensors have a wide range of applications in the mining industry, the specific use of which sensor should be selected according to the specific mining environment.

5, used in compressor, air conditioning cold equipment
Pressure sensors are often used in air presses, as well as air conditioning refrigeration equipment. This kind of sensor products are small in shape, easy to install, and the pressure guide port is usually designed with special valve needle.
